Technoprint is proud to be supporting World Quality Day 2017, which takes place on Thursday 9th November. We have arranged a number of activities based on the meaning of quality and on this years theme of ‘everyday leadership’ (#EverydayLeadership17), including a poster competition, cake sale, recording a film, and asking staff key questions.
What is World Quality Day?
World Quality Day 2107 (#WQD17) is your opportunity to celebrate the achievements of your team and organisation, and recognise those that demonstrate leadership to sustain and improve performance every day of the year.
Ask Team Technoprint
In preparation for the big day, we asked our team of staff a few questions about quality. The first one was “what does quality mean to you?”, and these were some of their answers…
The second question was “why is quality important to you?” and the answers are below.
Poster Competition
At Technoprint, we currently have World Quality Day posters displayed all around our site, and plan to hold a competition to design a brand new poster based around a quote on quality. We will then look to make these official posters, which we will display round site on a permanent basis. We have managed to secure a fantastic team of judges, including one of our top customers to pick the winning poster, which we are very excited about. More news on that very soon!
Quality Video
The management team will be making a video in which they will discuss what quality means to Technoprint, and why we are all so passionate about supporting World Quality Day 2017.
Coffee Morning
Technoprint will be holding a Coffee morning on site for all staff to enjoy, in which we will all compete against each other in a fun quiz based around quality, whilst mingling and swapping quality stories. Any money raised from this will go towards supporting our three chosen charities, Crook lane Respite, Mid Cheshire MIND and Pinewood Children’s Centre.
