Technoprint attends interpack exhibition on business trip to Germany
minute read
Technoprint is always keen to expand the knowledge base and find new innovative ways to improve their printing services.
Earlier this month, on a business trip over to Germany, Managing Director, Alan Ryan visited Bahren Druck, Pharmaceutical Leaflet & Label Specialists in Monchengladbach and the interlock exhibition.
Technoprint was warmly welcomed at Bahren Druck, by Stefan Bispeng, Commercial Manager and Svend Herder, Production Manager.
Bahren Druck has been established for 80 years as a commercial printing company and began to specialise in supplying Pharmaceutical leaflets & labels 10 years ago, and since then staff numbers have increased from 50 to 140 and turnover is circa 20 Million Euros.
Stefan and Svend dedicated over four hours of their time to Technoprint’s visit, which was most appreciated. We exchanged information of our experiences of working within the same industry and our IT infrastructures. We also discussed trends within our industry and which direction we expected our market sectors go. Alan was particularly interested to pick up tips and advice about the layout of Technoprints planned new premises.
It became apparent that Technoprint’s IT infrastructure and its managerial structure is well positioned in comparison to a much much larger organisation, therefore making it fit for expected growth over the coming years.
The exhibition was a huge success, with lots to see, and lots of people to meet.
Keen to gain some tips on Technoprint’s new printing service for the vaping industry, we found out some very insightful information on packing machine / line solutions ideal for the E- liquid market, which we are excited to share with our customers, many of whom currently pack manually.
The exhibition also provided welcomed solutions to Technoprint’s upcoming storage and transportation of goods within production, which will be required for our new premises, early next year.
Whilst visiting one of the stands at interpack, Alan bumped into Davidson Tome and Roberto Cesar Bramucci Junior, two directors from Graficos Sangar, who he will be visiting on 23rd May during his next business trip to Brazil.
