Following a successful recruitment drive, we have expanded our team with talented individuals who bring a wealth of experience to Technoprint. Our new Production Manager, Gary Holt, who joined us in April, has already implemented significant and positive changes. With his vast knowledge and expertise, Gary has spearheaded the introduction of a rigorous training plan and a flexible working hours system. These changes have allowed us to build a multi-disciplinary, skilled workforce that is better equipped to handle the peaks and troughs of production demand.

Improved Performance and New Equipment
Thanks to these efforts, we are consistently achieving great On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) and Quality performance scores, reflecting the positive impact of our enhanced processes. As part of our continuous improvement strategy, we are also excited to announce that we will be adding a new folding machine to our production line in October. This addition will further increase our production capacity, ensuring that we can efficiently handle larger volumes of work.
