Meet the team: Anna Zaremba

First in the hot seat for 2022 in our meet the team series is our new team member, Anna Zaremba. Anna is MD Alan Ryan’s right hand woman, assisting with her impeccable organisation skills, as well as with HR matters. She’s trained up on HR and cyber awareness, so nothing gets past Anna!

Anna juggles her diverse role at Technoprint with motherhood and is also a keen dog walker.

Anna’s role

Anna’s role is key to keeping operations ticking by behind the scenes. She acts as the first point of contact for all of MD Alan’s communications, as well as the rest of the senior leadership team. She always has her finger on the pulse of the latest goings on at Technoprint.

Alongside this, Anna manages the business’s HR system as well as general admin work such as raising purchase orders and making precise meeting notes.

 How she started

Anna joined the business with a whole host of experience in administration and office management, having worked for the likes of Meridian Technical Services and MZ Fire Suppression LTD.

Spare time

Outside of work, you’ll likely find Anna doing something active! Whether it’s cycling down by the River Weaver or walking her Old German Shepard Questa in the woods. She’s also a keen table tennis player and trampolinist. In fact, Anna was once a competitive table tennis player, having competed in championships at school!

Anna is also a keen home renovator, she has recently refurbished four homes from top to bottom! Alongside this, she has two beautiful sons aged nine and 11 that keep her on her toes.

In fact, she loves that her job at Technoprint is flexible around school pick up times! She said: “I enjoy working in a friendly, relaxed environment that fits around my commitments as a mum.”

Future goals

In the workplace, Anna plans on continuing to learn and add to her skillset, eventually becoming the fountain of all HR knowledge. Outside of work, she continues to raise the healthiest and happiest family that she can, and maintain her active lifestyle.
