As part of our ongoing commitment to improvement and monitoring customer feedback, we send out an annual customer satisfaction survey and are extremely proud to publish the results for you all to see.
Our survey went out to twenty of our top customers and so far we have had fourteen responses with the results, as shown below.
“In relation to the neutral scores on delivery times, we anticipated these results as we know we had a period in which we were delivering some goods late. This was due to increased orders and we quickly responded to this and changed the planning process to make it more visual and this has seen delivery times reduce.” Said Jacqui Morris, Quality Specialist at Technoprint.
