Trust in Technoprint

Trust is the focus of this year’s World Quality Day, which takes place on Thursday 8 November 2018. It is an opportunity to recognise the role that everyone in an organisation plays in building and maintaining trust with stakeholders.

Reputations are built on trust. Trust is a hard-earned commodity, yet one which can be squandered in a moment.

At Technoprint, our staff are one of our biggest stakeholders and between us as a team, it is important that we have trust. We create trust between us, as a team by utilising all of our specialist skills in the areas they are required, to support and encourage our team mates and ensure we do the job well and right first time.

Our staff also trust in us; Technoprint, to offer them up to date training, plus a suitable working environment. By ensuring we have trust between our team, we are then able to produce the results which make our customers trust in us to deliver their goods on time and to a high standard.

World Quality Day 2018

Technoprint are proud supporters of World Quality Day 2018 ( WQD18).  It is an opportunity to celebrate your companies quality achievements, and recognise those that uphold trust to sustain and improve performance every day of the year.

Technoprint plan to celebrate by holding two World Quality Day sessions during the day, so that all staff can take part, whilst also maintaining production.  This will involve a coffee morning/afternoon, cake sale, some fun trust exercises, plus a review and celebration of our achievements towards quality objectives.
